Five Journal Prompts To Help You Feel Unstuck

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Welcome back. Is this redundant now that I’ve posted the graphic and shared the journal prompts all over social media. Maybe.

But I made time to write and I want this post on My Jamaican Vignettes even if it’s only for me to come back to in my time of need.

Five Journal Prompts to Help You Get Unstuck

Do you feel tired lately? A little uninspired. A little stagnant? I understand that feeling. I’ve been there and I’m slowly making my way out of a period of slowness and pausing.

Grab your journal and come to a new page. It is time get honest and be open:

Here are five journal prompts to help you feel inspired and motivated again. Let’s get unstuck.

  1. What’s your biggest fear and what would you do if you knew everything would work out in your favour?
  2. List three things you love about your life. (This can be anything just be honest and find and write and acknowledge those three things).
  3. What are you excited about?
  4. What would you like to improve in your life?
  5. What is one small step you can take today to move towards your dream or dream life.

That’s it. Those are the prompts. I’ve used them and I’ve gained clarity and I hope they help you too.

Talk again real soon.
