Can you believe that we are at the end of Q1 2026? I am so happy and grateful so let’s reflect on what is good while the world may feel like a dumpster fire.
Q1 2026 Gratitude List
- I am happy and grateful for having primarily good nights where I sleep seven to eight hours.
- I am grateful my home cooked meals, I cut down on dining out to some degree especially in January and I am glad I did.
- I am grateful for daily movement. Most days I exercise for at least 20 minutes.
- I am grateful for my on-going journalling practice. I journal at least once per week.
- I am happy and grateful that I continue to use my money plan and track my spending.
- I am grateful for my wishlists that slow down impulse spending.
- I am happy and grateful that even with minor changes and pivots I stuck with my content plan for Q1.
- I am grateful for continued good health.
- I am grateful for skincare routine, I found products that work and I am sticking with and using consistently.
- I am happy and grateful for my dryer (I didn’t know how much I would love having one but I do).
- I am grateful for morning coffee that fuels my mornings.
- I am grateful for daily hydration and clean drinking water.
- I am grateful for the opportunity to do meaningful work that inspires me.
- I am grateful for My Jamaican Vignettes and that for almost a decade I have this small space on the internet that is my own.
- I am grateful for my family who love and support me.
- I am grateful for my best friend.
- I am grateful for Kimberly and Marsha-Gay who I know read every post thanks for reading, supporting, commenting and sharing.
- I am grateful for my partner.
Whether it is via prayer, journal prompts, brain dumping or simply thinking or whispering to yourself, I hope you take some time to reflect on Q1 and all the things that you are happy and grateful for.
